Re: More young signings
If you look at the City team the other night they had three ‘youngsters’ in the team Lewis, Foden and the £77 million Gvardiol. Conversely we had three experienced players Brownhill, Berge and JBG. If you look at all the other successful clubs in the league they will pretty much be the same, even c...

Re: More young signings
The problem with getting experienced players is they’ll be poor ones, ones not wanted at other PL clubs. You also hit a ceiling with them. Very limiting. If we can keep this side together for the next 3-4 years, we could do really well on the field. I fully buy into the project of buying young and h...

Re: ARTICLE: Roberts moves to Leeds
A bizarre and pretty crap situation imo. Our first choice right back from the start of the season gets a red card (and not a particularly poor or impactful one) and all of a sudden he's a bit part midfielder/left back. Then you send him on loan with no obligation to buy meaning in Summer we either ...

it might be because he's been forced to sit and watch a worse player getting in the team ahead of him. Whose fault is that? Roberts started the season as first choice, he was getting torn to pieces weekly, got sent off and deservedly dropped. Soon as he was taken out, we stopped getting tonked ever...

Re: ARTICLE: Zaroury leaves for Hull in a Heartbeat
Shame and hope he comes back but his form after the World Cup was iffy at best, apart from his 2 FA Cup goals at B’mouth. If this loan gets him back to the form of pre-World Cup I’d be delighted. The biggest myth ever that keeps getting repeated on here, he was friggin brilliant the entire season.

Re: Actual Transfer News - NO BICKERING or pointless debates...
I do get the disconnect, we’ve been forced into signing 30+ new players since VK walked through the door 18 months ago. Hopefully we can now start to see a bit of a consistent settled team for years to come. Playing in a different league in every VK season doesn’t help the stability really.

I’d rather he focused on defending than petty handbags, one of our best players 2nd half of last season and form has fallen off a cliff with the step up. Love Benson but if we can get a decent fee, this is the correct decision for me. Just cannot stay fit and I don’t think we can afford to start him with his non existent off the ball work.
We need a consistent right midfielder who will work hard and is available to play every week.
