Re: Lost the Spark
Post pandemic I’m totally out of love with the beautiful game. It’s every aspect that has changed but for the worse. The constant changing/rearranging fixtures has things feeling disjointed. I’ve zero interest in international football. El Classico has lost it’s appeal with sub standard teams which...

Re: Everton game postponed
Not just BFC, of course, unless we’re the only club who can’t get a game on. I’d just rather not have them sitting doing nothing for 6 months on their full salary. Doesn’t seem fair to me. Doing it my way, we may even get to recruit some better players, IT. You understand we'd have to payout their ...

Re: Everton game postponed
I think when the season is called off, players and football staff should be laid off until we get another season going in August. They ought to be made redundant like they would be in any other profession when their role is no longer viable. So you think BFC should payout redundancy and then releas...

Just stop the season and resume in march/april.
I don't see why we don't just have our football seasons running from February to December with a 4-5 week break in the summer every two years to account for WC/Euros. Who the **** wants to be watching football in January instead of July anyway?

Obviously Max isn’t world champion. The history books may say he is but it will always be viewed as a fraud. Not his fault, but he’ll be tarred with it forever. I suspect the farce will be overturned in the Court of Arbitration for Sport (after Mercedes lose the appeal in Paris). I also suspect 202...

Doubt it. However under a safety car he needs discretion to make decisions. Like drive through the pits not on track. Red flag. Plus many other scenarios that could happen . Alternatively if it’s not changed then it opens up the race director just making up rules as he pleases to decide who wins every race. I suspect Michael Masi will "resign" before next season and a quiet word will be had with the new one. something along the lines of "don't make up rules. kthxbai."

They deemed it “unsafe” during the craning out of the Williams and “safe” once the track was clear . Balanced ? open to interpretation indeed, illegal? almost definitely not . It is what it is . I'm a Hamilton fan but I don't really get how you can say race control is corrupt given the decision in the first corner. Decisions this year and mostly favored Mercedes. I'm not so sure. Why would they pit Max and put him 5 places further back knowing they would only get one laps racing (at best) unless they knew that those 5 cars would be moved out of the way. There weren't enough laps for it to be anything other than a safety car finish or get those 4 cars out of the way for a proper end to the race. Max chose to pit. He didn't have to. He chose to do that, and that put him behind lapped cars. If he'd stayed out then it'd have still been a 1 lap race bu...
