Re: ARTICLE: Dwight’s right for Everton
Do you honestly think the manager had a say once the owners saw the colour of Everton's money? He didn't have a release clause, had years left on his contract and would have benefitted us to keep him. We didn't need to sell him and, if we get promoted his value would have increased. Chirrup on abou...

Re: ARTICLE: Dwight’s right for Everton
I wonder how many times people have written Everton off since they were reported to the top flight in the 1950's? Deep down you know they got very lucky and, by all rights, should have gone down last season. Only their massive over spending kept them up by the skin of their teeth. If you can't see ...

Re: ARTICLE: Dwight’s right for Everton
I wasn't claiming there should be. It's just some fans throw their toys out of the pram when a player chooses to be leave, hence the fact that so many players are booed when they return to their former club. Edit. BennyD'S post above reinforces my point Wrong again. I think VK is being honorable by...

Wind up merchant. Not at all. How can a new manager that has played at the highest level, selecting young, energetic, players with a completely different style of play be compared to SD? Don't get me wrong, I still think SD is great (and always will) but, despite all his successes with us, the timi...

If he thinks Everton are a great team and Frank Lampard is going to improve him, he's talking sh!te. The only reason we went down instead of them is because they bulldozed through FFP rules. If that's the level of his football nouse, I'll take £20m and look forward to them going down at the end of t...

Re: Will you miss VAR this season?
VAR should be used like the systems in tennis and cricket. Give each Captain 3 calls and let the referee run the match. If anybody has a problem with an offside, dodgy throw in, penalty etc tell the Captain and he can request VAR. Get it it right keep the call, get it wrong lose it and carry on. If ...

Mitrovic is an an absolute monster in the Campionship but in the Prem, he can't hit a cow's ar5e with a banjo. I'm sure Cornet could well be our version of Mitrovic, but we know he can cope in the Prem.
