I thought that was an odd decision. The MOM should have been the Littleborough stumper. He took some fantastic catches and stumped Ben Heap.Andreshotboots wrote: ↑Mon Aug 14, 2023 7:26 amGot to say it's the first time I've seen the MOM awarded to a player who gets 1 for, and didn't bat..

Not sure what the delay is around announcing Ramsey but I expect an announcement very soon.
I still believe Lokonga to be done also but I was told that there’d be no imminent announcement on that one.l as he’s still injured.

Re: RATE THE REF - Craig Pawson v Manchester City
Don’t think it has to be clear and obvious does it for a potential red card? We weren’t sure whether it was even a foul but there is absolutely no doubt that it’s a red card. That’s where I think VAR is terrible though. Generally with a bad challenge you get a feel from the crowd reaction, the play...

Re: Clarets v City match thread
Why be so glass half-empty? We played ok today but were outclassed against a world class team. We have a gap next week to give Vinny more time with the squad (rumours that Ramsey was there tonight). We all saw after WC what more time at Gawthorpe can result in. We also play a Kane-less Spurs (who f...

The simplest question with the red card is, if that’s Walker catching Zaroury does Oliver call it back? The answer is obviously no he doesn’t, so it’s never a red card.

You see, I didn’t think that was a tough game to watch. I think Berge fits what we need more.
I’ve said that I don’t think Cullen is in anyway light weight but he is small. Had we signed Hamer that would have been a midfield that Ken Dodd would have been proud of.

It’s all very exciting but at what point does the squad become too big?
