Not much else you can do but see the ticket office again. I think if you have your claret number they can tell you over the phone the email that's set up with it but they won't be able to change it if it's incorrect.
Maybe saves you a trip if it's done via the phone.

One way to slow it down would be to clap four times after each half-line. 'I met my love (1,2,3,4) Down The Brunshaw Road (1,2,3,4)' and so on. That would make our version unique, and, I believe, in fact sound rather good! Agree this sounds great, worried any kind of clapping would just be sped up....
