Looks like it's already started, Benson, Churlinov, Roberts and Obafemi all linked with moves away. When you're already a multi millionaire I'll never understand moving somewhere like Saudi, especially if you're uprooting your family. He could have moved to somewhere like Florida or California for a few years and had a great lifestyle.

Didn't realise Gyokeres was having such a good season. Apart from the money not sure I'd want to join Chelsea at the moment, they're a bit of a mess. Probably suits both him and Sporting to wait till summer and see what happens.

Paak ended up joining the Pendle Charity league. Always tough games against them, obviously the 10.30 am kickoffs played into their hands a bit when most of the opposition were hungover/still half cut.

I'd agree with you. I know Klopp isn't popular on here but if it wasn't for him pushing City the league would have been as dull and one sided as the Bundesliga or Scottish league the last 10 years or so, apart from the Leicester freak season.

Colne have had the better recent history, Nelson been a poor side for quite a while now. I'd expect the likes of Berge, Odobert and Foster to get a move. Trafford, O Shea, Beyer, Ekdal, Cullen and Brownhill will all be very good players at Championship level. Have a good clear out and build a team around lads like that.

I think next season will be tougher than some think and I can see several deals needing to be struck to offload players. However, we should still be in a stronger position squad wise than most of our Championship competitors and one of the favourites for promotion. There are no guarantees of course...

I agree there's no point blowing money on any signings now. Have a good look at the squad and start planning for the Championship, try and ship out those who won't fancy it.

It's scary to think how many people like Bradshaw are in positions of power in this country. I'm sure we've all had bosses like that who either through brown nosing or being friends with the right people make it to the top. It's no wonder this country is so screwed.

Was never going to be good atmosphere last night. I think generally our away support is getting quieter though. Much more middle class, less of a lads day out vibe. Sign of the times I suppose.
