Spent 4 years in Leicester in the 90s and confirm it is a sh!thole. The chip shops don't sell gravy but sell donner meat and anything they can pickle and try asking for a chip barm. Went to the Vine years back to meet a Baggie mate, he took us on a route under the motorway and along the railway lines which ends up at the away end of the ground. Don't think it took too long.
