Re: ARTICLE: Promotion rivals sign Thomas

I had forgotten that Thomas was only 21 year old. What a player. Incredible that we seemed to improve without him after selling him to our direct competitors QPR, something that would repeat when we sold Austin to the same club who were again our direct competitors in effectively the same league man...

I was at the game and remember the home crowd getting over excited about Willie Henderson but he really did nothing to threaten us. The Leighton James goal was a beauty. A strange thing happened when I was there. One of my 'acquaintances' said he had come prepared in case there was any 'aggro'. I as...

One thing the COVID denial theorists never explain is if we just abandon all measures and allow the virus to spread in the community, what do we do when all of the hospitals and NHS system gets overrun with people suffering from the disease?

Good to see and fair play to the groups that have put this together. I just worry that this proposal will gather momentum as many of the lower tier clubs start to get desperate and lose money.

I did not think we would keep all of Pope, McNeil and Tarkowski at the end of this transfer window. I, like many others, am very disappointed with our own additions but this is a real plus for the club in what could be a very difficult season for us.
