Re: Kevin Long 12 years question
Kev Long & Burnley are just made for each other. Happy to sit as 4th choice, on what will be a small to modest wage, can be depended on to perform solidly when called upon and doesn't get upset about not playing. The only potential downside is does he stop someone like Bobby Thomas coming through, w...

Actually worked for a tree firm years ago. Best way is get a tree firm in with a stump grinder, it'll totally finish off the stumps, can be a bit messy but soon tidied up. Other ways are drill holes into the remaining stumps and fill them stump remover, and or cover them with a black bin liner, keep...

Have it on good authority we going to play 4-4-2 tomorrow, with a style of play of pass it to one of the CB’s who will then just hit the ball as hard and high as possible. If that doesn’t work after 10/15 min, we’ll just carry on, please though don’t tell anyone as we don’t want the opposition to fi...

Dwight often gets the ball between our 18yd box and the half way line, it be perfect for him if he was a rapid winger with pace, but that’s not his game, not saying he’s a slouch but not blessed with out & out pace, so he brings the ball forward as much as he can before being caught, and will turn t...

A surprise since the news broke, personally wish him well, not overly concerned that he’s left us as I’m convinced there’s better strikers out there but Wood no matter what your view on him had been a good signing for us.

While I don't ever want to see the Clarets drop a division, the fact, purely from a financial point of view , if you are going to drop out of the Prem the summer when you have 10 OOC players would be the time to do it, we'll potentially free up a fortune in wages.
