Our strikers just can't score and we left it far too late to pressure them.
Brownhill been excellent since he came on.

Of course after the last game if one of our players is even slightly next to their goalkeeper it's a foul.

Re: Newcatle after Tarkowski AND Mee
I think our defenders know part of the reason they look good for us is down to the way we play. You only have to look at Keane to see it's very different playing for a team when you enter a lot more games as favourite. Not that it matters, money talks.. but I do think our setup makes defenders and g...

Perhaps we should consider getting a few coaches in for specific areas. Its there another team in the league with just one first team coach?
Pretty sure most have multiple coaches specialising in different areas.

It's not the so-called support that's the problem, it's the entrenched view of a number on here that they need the opposition to win to justify their viewpoint that we are rubbish. In a number of games you feel that some want opposition players to do well just so they can say "I told you so". It al...

Once again people fail to see the difference between posting on a message board and supporting the team at games. Just because people post negative things on here doesn't mean they don't support the team. To be a fan is to be concerned. I think those that like to point fingers on these concerned fan...

I’ve avoided coming on here since the defeat. Now I have I realise I was right not to. As much as I'm aggrieved like everyone else I don't think it was a foul because the other player wasn't challenging for the ball. Pope caught it and bonked it on his noggin. Not much he could have done. Just an unlucky situation.
We need create more, score more. We've just not been good enough.

Presume you meant isn’t left footed? To be fair, Tarks/Mee have always played left when he’s played, which I think is right given their experience. Do think we need a good young LCB to cover Mee though. A left footed Collins would be ideal!! Yes I'm not sure what I was thinking. At the minute we ha...

Had a good game but wouldn't say he was awesome. That accolade goes to Taylor.
If Tarkowski is off, lets focus on finding Collins's partner for the future.
Collins is left footed, and shouldn't be hindered playing on the left.

Great point. Don't personally think the midfield is the total problem, our strikers are generally very poor.
We need more squad depth though. Today would have been Stevens chance but he just isn't fit enough.
