Not sure they are the best team we've played, but they certainly gave us a better game in that they worked on our weaknesses.

We do seem to be making the same defensive mistakes without learning from previous ones which a big concern. Even against Swansea & Coventry we gifted both teams easy opportunities to score at least one easy goal, which fortunately neither team took. Why don't you give some credit to the teams putt...

Amazing that some folks are still moaning when we're unbeaten in 12, yes disappointing to lose another lead so late, but a decent point after winning our last 2 and keeps our run going. And how many years have we had a proper academy? Not very long. The point I am trying to make is that very few clubs can get a substantial number of players from academy to first team. A "proper academy" wouldn't guarantee us with any first-teamers. Our 4 loanees are good examples of this, not bad ...

Qpr's youth system has been better than anything at Burnley for years plus it's in a talent rich area. Dyche could only work with what he had but let's not forget the youth set up had to be rebuilt during his time here and even then it was always going to take years for PL/Championship quality play...

A month or so into to a PL season and people on here are seeing which 3 teams we can stay above, and if team A beats team B it's better for us...
