Re: 38
38 won’t be needed. Don’t know what makes people think both Leeds and Everton will go on mad winning streaks now. Think two wins for each would be max which means we should need about 4 more points. Maybe 5.

Re: Cornet...Where Do we Fit Him In?
People saying he doesn’t do anything but score goals reminds me of what people said about a certain Chris Wood. The difference is that Cornet is actually much more of a threat breaking the back line and got to the byline a few times today in what was a quiet day. He offers a creative threat just as ...

Re: Cornet...Where Do we Fit Him In?
He scares teams. He has unbelievable movement which goes unnoticed but his runs in behind are a constant threat - always dragging defenders around. He’s obviously been told to stay further forward because he has actually been pretty solid in his last few games - particularly Everton where he was exc...

The co-commentator has been awful, constantly talking Burnley down. Had a go at Cornet for not shooting when there's a defender blocking him and he's been on a downer for us all the first half. I am not a massive fan of Vydra as a rule but aren’t Southampton one of the few clubs he has scored against? A front three of Vydra Wout and Jayrod might have been fun with Cornet McNeil and Brownhill in midfield Fun for the opposition attackers. Cornet and McNeil would not make up the most compete...

Interesting. I can’t say I’ve ever seen a Knutson side play. To be honest, I don’t know anything about him at all. Could Dwight not play as an 8 these days? He is technically good and defensively has good stats and in a midfield 3 he might be alright. Think Cornet and Lennon as wide forwards running...

Lowton Tarks Collins Taylor
Lennon cork brownhill cornet
Vydra Weghorst
But I think it will be the same lineup as Everton unless McNeil comes in and cornet goes up front but I’d prefer him wide again.

How utterly ridiculous. As if Everton needed dyche to tell them they have 6 points away from a possible 40 odd. It doesn’t make any difference what dyche says in that situation. He could have said Everton are **** and nobody would care. I doubt Everton players/staff even know he said that.

Will be interesting to see how dyche rebuilds. Think he’d like to improve his image as well. He clearly likes a mixed build up because he says it all the time. Problem is, when we play badly it is anything but mixed, about as repetitive as you can be.
