Re: Which teams look set for relegation struggle?
Interested point. I can certainly see Dyche being chopped if they continue to struggle, but I can’t see them spending big in January because I genuinely believe that they simply don’t have the money. New stadium to build and they have been under the microscope for a while now regarding their financ...

Re: Which teams look set for relegation struggle?
Hopefully not us, but we are only 1 game in so it’s really hard to say how we will fair. I do wish we would get a left back sorted ASAP though and if rumours are true about signing Bakayoko or something similar then you would hope we would be okay. Luton could well be in trouble and are clearly one...

What if we don’t consolidate now and have bought a load of dross that no one wants to touch? 🤷♂️ Definitely one of ‘the easiest seasons’ to stay up in at least imo, with us being significantly better than both the teams that came up last season. Regarding Taylor if were protecting a lead late into a game he’s our-most solid defensive LB, so for me he’d be good to have on the bench
Last season we brought players on to win games, this year we may bring them on to protect 3 points or even hold onto a point

I get what your saying but the position he played almost all season was more a left wing back/ left midfield anyway so I don’t think defending was high up on his remit. It might be fair to suggest that Delcroix might be an option to play as a left sided centre half/left back as the likes of Man City do but I think (hope!) we will still be looking for an out and out left back who can play this system like a Maatsen or Gomez.
