Re: Football in Pictures
Great goal '73, great game '67, great hat '65. That’s Andy Lochhead on the deck after the number 5 had tried to guillotine him. Came down on his neck with both feet. The evil basturd. 3-0 and knocking them out in Napoli was sweet. Casper’s winner was a fantastic night. We knew we had a good team an...

I put a serious question on the MDT. Had Wood had a touch second half? This was just prior to him being hooked. In the time they were on the field together Ash must have been involved 10 times minimum. Now some of them were fouls and possibly our guys were aiming for him over Wood but he still influ...

Huw, seeing as you have a spreadsheet of the last round's scores, are you in a position to add 5 points for Africlaret (exact estimate) and 3 points for HunterST ? After the earlier debacle when Africlaret's estimates were left off my spreadsheet, I fear that it could all go Pete Tongue :( I actual...

Re: Faffing about at the back
I blame Slabhead. In our HT Damien Dempsey did a piece on Slabhead and Lindelhof and he emphasised that they can’t be trusted as a back two and that’s why Ole plays two holding midfielders in front of them, which takes a man away from their attacking play. Yet GS trusts him for England in a back 3. ...
