Biggest challenge to rebuilding a stand when you’re selling out most weeks is where to put the people you’ve displaced.

We were lucky to get 12k on last time we did it. Whole different scenario now and a massive headache.

Re: The Sun again - Kompany & Spurs

Ideally this needs to be put to bed one way or the other by the end of May. I’d imagine any uncertainty over VK’s future dragging out into the summer months is going to really disrupt our efforts to prepare for what’s already going to be a challenge to stay up/compete. Not least because there may be...

Re: The Sun again - Kompany & Spurs

For me what Kompany represents is the hope that we might upset the odds for a season or two. I’m not talking European qualification, but with clever recruitment, maybe we finish midtable, playing attractive football and take a few scalps along the way. There might be another manager out there who co...

Be pretty devastating if he left us now.

If it happens though, you’d have to hope it doesn’t drag on. Any planning advantage we got from an Easter promotion would be thrown out of the window. I’d imagine his presence is a huge part of efforts to persuade the likes of Tella to join permanently.

The way to stop it is to insist that any player who holds the game up through injury, has to go off and not return until the next break in play. Rough on those who are genuinely injured, but that's less than 10% of "injury" holdups. If the players are going to collectively cheat, then they will hav...

Couple of things for me. First one, we just look tired.
