I had my left knee replaced nearly 13 years ago when I was 49, it took a while to get it back to bending etc. but by far and away the best thing I did. Give yourself time for it to heal, and when you go for a walk, remember you have to get back.

Apparently the authoritis in the knee is primarily caused by the removal of the cartliges, they took both mine out so it's down to to the wear and tear.

If you want decisions to be binary there needs to be a hard dividing line. You can't have it always. How far would you like people to be allowed to be off before they are given?

I would like the linesman to be giving the decision, it's not about how far or "binary" it's about the clear and obvious
