Re: Is Grealish Worth £100 Million?

I have given up whinging about the ridiculous money laid out for players. In the end it is all about how much someone is prepared to pay and the status that this money buys for the club.

Re: Social Media Boycott - Next Weekend

From the loud mouth ignoramus to the idiot school boy, they know that the best way to effectively hurt someone is using racist insults. If they can do this without being caught so much the better. It used to be chanting as part of a crowd or individually shouting within a big crowd at a football mat...

Why should the club pay over a £million to swap Brady’s sick bed with Wilshere?

Re: So who'll win the Euro's

With a decent manager I would have gone for England but doubt if Southgate can repeat his World Cup form. We do have some outstanding players but the tournament might be a bit soon for them and our defence always looks vulnerable when we come up against quality opposition.

Probably France to win it.

Thanks for the reports.
I must admit to also finding the TV games becoming tiresome to the point I was grateful when we weren’t playing on a Saturday or all weekend. Never been like that before, usually keenly anticipate the games.

Re: Brady

If Dyche believes he can recapture the form and fitness he showed a couple of seasons (or so) back or even some of the form he was starting to show earlier this season then I suspect he will be encouraged to keep with our squad. But I suspect he knows where the wind is blowing in terms of first team...

I thought Norris was very poor tonight. Maybe a bit nervous with the first premier league start but didn’t look at all confident and his attempt at stopping the first goal was awful.

Palace have said they want a ‘change of direction with a progressive attacking manager’. Reminiscent of the ambitions of Stoke, Bolton and Blackburn in not being careful for what you wish for. I think Woy will be a hard act to follow and Palace possible candidates for the drop next season.

Burnley are on the worst run at home since the siege of Mafeking, have nothing to play except pride and Liverpool are head down arse up straining for the top four.

So a Burnley win it is then.

When teams break on us we seem to just keep falling back without coming onto the attacking players. They are then in or around our penalty area without challenge. Seems to be a theme over the last few months.

Liverpool will play havoc if we don’t sort this.
