and for Lenny Johnrose
and also for all members of our families and the extended Claret family, who are no longer with us, many who introduced us to the Clarets to which we are on the whole forever grateful.

Middlesbrough's defending today, well in this 2nd half as been shocking.
Huddersfield defence also as poor as it was at Turf Moor.
All eyes on the early kick off on Good Friday, Millwall v Luton.
Unless Boro get 3 in the last few minutes.

no it doesn't, certainly not been completed with a view to the Spurs job being available. That would take massive insight to plan both to the week.Devils_Advocate wrote: ↑Tue Mar 28, 2023 3:28 pmThe timing seems just a little bit suspicious with Spurs parting ways with Conte and Kompany being a potential replacement for him

Glad someone else has brought this up, my post on similar protest has got more than lost in the last 10 pages.
White Handkerchiefs, probably better than white flags which I also suggested.

Re: Rovers away tickets
Think those who are lucky enough to get tickets, should have a symbolic minutes protest at some point in the game.
Maybe wave the white flag, as Rovers seem to have done.
Or alternatively white handkerchief as they do in Spain
Could work and as always back the lads to the very hilt.

Nearer the Town Centre (Burnley), no one moved in the cul-de-sac but I can report that Trafalgar Street seems to be running freely (upstairs window view). So looks like the normal issues, where I am. Drive with patience, care and give extra time for journeys. Main roads clear, side roads treacherous...

For what it's worth I believe Vitinho has helped Connor Roberts push on and make the right back position his own, the competition has given Connor the fight and subsequently the consistency required and he is now proving to be a very good right back. Vitinho is a very good full back in his own right...

I will always be in awe of the work Sean Dyche did for us here at Burnley, he is and will forever be held in the highest esteem for his time and what he achieved. I thought JBG was another to have a very good game yesterday, his interception and immediate pass for the first goal being a highlight.
Seems to do very well when playing off a front man in a free role to me.

"Don't come running to me when yer break yer leg", was a particular favourite of my Mother.
Another typical one would be started by myself asking " Mum what's for tea?" to which if the mood took her she'd reply "5hit with sugar on." Thankfully it never was.

The fact that Jeremy Simpson is currently lowest rating in EVERY category albeit from only one game speaks volumes.
