Re: World Darts Championship

A superb player, he was born 3 weeks after Barney beat Taylor in the 2007 World Final and his hero growing up was Barney.

As Gary Anderson said, let's hope the media don't put so much pressure on him and just let him play darts. I still don't believe he is 16 though :D

Mike Dean on Sky saying “that should be a penalty, handball” but referee awards a goal kick.
Definitely not a penalty, it was outside the box, but definitely should have been a red.

I love Beyer but are we starting to see why BMG were happy to offload him? He seems to get an insanely high amount of injuries. It seems after the first injury he has been rushed back, due to defence issues, and as such hasn't had the time to fully recover and as a result keeps picking up these nig...

Can we be twice as good in the end half of the season, as we were in the first? We were in tge Championship. All fingers crossed. I think one of the reasons for our performances in the 2nd half of last season was the World Cup, whilst not many fans liked the season stopping midway through, this all...

Been going a few days now, no major upsets yet, maybe apart from James Wade going out, just seen 16 year old Luke Littler beat Cristian Kist 3-0 on his World Championship debut and averaged 106.12, a definite rising star.

If a player is faking injury at the end of a game to waste time then absolutely I agree with the 2nd rule.

Find it a bit harsh if a player has been injured by an opponent and they have to leave for 2 minutes.

He'd be our Robbie Savage, opposing players would love to two foot him every week so we'd only be playing against 10 men.
