Rhubarb is perennial - has stalks. It's a vegetable. It's been wrongly classified as a fruit for years, but it isn't. Spot has contacted his cousin in Philadelphia to get a definitive ruling from the other side of the Pond. The reply was unrepeatable and Spot says he doesn't ******* care either ;)
