Or just go to the venue and if you get a bargain outside great or if not just have a few drinks. I always get tickets though.

Re: Concert Tickets
Facebook Marketplace. Bought Diana Ross and Stereophonics tickets £75 below face value the day before the gigs. This is especially easy to do when the gig hasn’t sold out.

Re: Bruce at Villa Park
Honestly you can get bargains outside stadiums or on Facebook Marketplace. There are always people turning up with spare tickets because someone couldn’t go. In the last few weeks I’ve seen Diana Ross for £20 and Stereophonics for £20. It’s different for smaller shows but for the stadiums you’ll def...

Re: Bruce at Villa Park
That was my first Bruce concert.. Excellent night. I was there for that one as well although my first gig was in Newcastle the month before, then I went to Leeds as well. All the staging and amps etc from that gig were used on Live Aid a few weeks later although Bruce didn’t play. Seen him loads of...

Re: Bruce at Villa Park
There are plenty of touts buying up spare tickets and they don’t pay much. So if you see someone asking how much a tout would pay for a ticket and they’re shocked and walk off , just offer them a bit more. But not in earshot of the touts ! Also just post on the various Springsteen message boards. Th...

Re: Bruce at Villa Park
On the last tour I saw Bruce at Coventry where he played The whole album Born to Run in honour of James Gadolfini who had died that day. Then I saw him in Cardiff which was an unusual gig as although it was in a stadium they only used about a quarter of it turning it into a smaller arena venue. At t...

Got tickets for Gothenburg
If you don’t get tickets for Villa Park fear not. It’s easy to get tickets outside as there’s always spares. Paid £20 at Coventry.

Looking at those images above. June 2022 was crap, cold and wet where I live. 1976 had something like 10 weeks of hot weather, regularly above 30 degrees. Highest temp was 35 degrees so this year we will beat that.

Re: Cornet gone/going
I think Everton want him on loan with an option to buy if they don’t get relegated. So Burnley can refuse that and so they should! If nobody comes in with full amount and Cornet is not pushing for a move then maybe we will see him in the Championship which I think would really make a difference to o...

I may have had it twice. I was hospitalised in Austria in March 2020 but they said it was pneumonia. I’ve got it now on the UK and it feels similar but not as bad - same symptoms but less intense. I suppose that may be because I’m vaccinated.

Re: Gareth Bale to Cardiff?
Gareth Bale visited the Welsh FA Centre which is shared with Cardiff City who had just started pre season training. I think Bale is open to signing for them but wants a year contract and Cardiff are offering a pay as you play deal. Would be funny if Swansea gave him what he wanted.
