I remember going there with my dad when I was around nine or ten years old. We got beat 4-2 . John Francis got those two goals for us and I think it might well have been his debut, though I could be wrong.

Last year I was reading about antisocial behaviour and vandalism by a gang of kids in some part of Colne. Our authorities knew who the perpetrators were, but didn't want to prosecute because it would give them (13/14-year-olds) a criminal conviction. And then we wonder why some scrotes grow up to be...

I bought an i5 processor 2 years ago and I can tell it's slowing down with everyday use. Although I only have 4GB RAM. I'd make sure it has at least 8GB. Yeah, Windows 10 will be very sluggish on 4GB. Go for 16GB if your MB will take it. RAM and SSD are the main thing for everyday workhorses. If yo...

The way he ripped into the club he loves showed he wasn't taking any prisoners. Pep hardly sat on the fence today either.
I now think the whole project is doomed. It's left these unscrupulous owners scrambling for a way out that doesn't end in the courts. Dickheads.

Lowbank is right. It looks like this is going to happen, unfortunately. The six clubs are already lawyered up and the whole thing is being bankrolled by JPMorgan ($4.8 billion).

One half of my family is from Manchester and the City/Utd fans in our family WhatsApp group are as angry as the rest of us. These six clubs have shown utter contempt for their own fans, never mind the rest of us, and not much respect for their own players either.

Without the big 6 the Premier League would thrive and be an even better competition, a competition that would generate far more interest than the stale competition we witness year in, year out, at the present. The EPL won't be kicking out the 'big 6 clubs'. It would be suicidal. Those left behind would be stuck with long term deals for expensive players, like the collapse of the ITV deal. Whether we like it or not - the 'big 6 clubs' are the ones with the broadcasting value. They make up very nearly half ...

Re: The SD OUT people - are they just frustrated ??
We are so fortunate to be an established EPL club. The most I could ever hope for, while growing up as we languished in D4, was to be a consistent club in what is now called the Championship. Yes, and I know some will bang on about 'that was then, this is now' but sometimes we need a reality check. ...

I wonder where we'll be two years after Dyche has left? I know one thing, it won't be in the EPL unless the next incumbent has a massive bag of gold to chuck around, and somehow I can't see this happening anytime soon, if at all. More likely to be struggling to stay in the Championship after selling...
