Hull don't have to accept the same offer from a different club. It's quite likely that Hull would rather sell Snodgrass to Burnley but have held out for a higher sum from West Ham. We've had a bid accepted that is by all accounts lower than West Hams, so on that basis the board should be congratulat...

Everton fans are always going to look at a product of their youth academy through rose tinted lenses, it's not a great indicator. As mentioned, he didn't get much of a chance for us, but when he did he didn't look close to Championship standard, never mind Premier League.

A few brain donors refused to sit down and spent most of the game arguing with the stewards rather than watching the game. One young lad got booted out, but at least he stood by his principles. He ain't sittin' down for no one.

I love it when rugby refs say to the 4th official (with tv access) when he has a doubt such as offside "Is there any reason why I can't award a try". Also, when it goes up on the big screen, the ref sees it again as does everyone. That way there is far more chance of the final decision being accept...

It was clear that Dyche's first task was to stop us from leaking 2-3 goals per game. This resulted in a few drab affairs but it should have been obvious even to the most fickle football fan what Dyche's intentions were.
