18 for me....which includes watching Nelson play at Springfield Park, a cup semi at Highbury and 16 Burnley games away from TM...including seeing both the clarets,(twice) and colne dynamos at the old Wembley.

My only visit and I can only recall how forgettable the experience was.....it was foggy and from the away end which was down by the corner flag you could see very little of the key moment, which came very early in the game...neil grewcock receiving a red..... I'll second your Scarborough nomination. Even in the 91-92 season they took four points off us. But if you look at our head-to-head record against them it reads W6 D1 L6 which is a lot better than I recall. Defeats against Scarborough last longer in the memory than a victory. I understand the OP point. Following Burnley is about hope not expectation. Being a Claret fan reflects life in that there are occasional highlights but for the most part you hope for the best.
