Performance for me because that within itself will encourage good results it's unlikely that the result will come about off the back of a poor performance unless the other team are equally as bad & don't show up.

I think there's a lot of sensitivity apparent when other teams are doing reasonably well it's almost natural for some people to find fault to deflect away from our shortcomings.

Nonsense. We are getting relegated because we had to be stripped to the bone in May 2022 because of Everton and the Premier League, and even investing as much money as we could we couldn’t close the gap that arose because of that initial behaviour. There's enough fans onside willing to give VK another crack next season so pace doesn't have to do anything & maybe even next season if things go according to plan he still doesn't need to do anything. I think VKs job is safe.

Dyche was widely reported to be on 100k a week in his final contract with Burnley - I find it hard to believe that after winning the Championship last season, Kompany signed a deal for less than what his predecessor was paid.
