Growing up on a 80s council estate we didn't have central heating or double glazing. Instead I used to write my name on the INSIDE of the window in the frost when I woke up. I survived and was never that cold - hot water bottles, heat one room and lots of blankets, thats how we lived.

Strange you think Burnley fans threw an orange smoke bomb in to the away end. The away fans threw flares in to the home end before kick off as well as e cigs and a lot of objects that can cause a lot of damage throughout the game. Why is it always our fans fault? Blackpool fans kicked it all off fr...

I was there also. Didn’t we have a man sent off, Deary? And Roger Eli crossed the ball to Conroy for the winner? Memory sketchy in my old age but brilliant evening. Bond had a stewards jacket on in the back of the main stand. Thats right, I still remember the headline in the Telegraph the next day ...

I remember the night match there in the cup when john bond hid in the stands, from memory we were losing 1-0 but turned it round to win 2-1?
Great night that was with a cracking atmosphere in the away end.
That was at the old gay meadow i think.
