Is he still watching my posts with his son and solicitor present? I was accused of saying Stan was a Sunday League Manager and the solicitor thought it could be classed as libellous. Re: Josh Brownhill
Brownhil was a key component in the central midfield unit that saw us relegated in 2022 and looks likely to repeat that feat in 2024. Doesn't offer pace, power, skill to beat a man or the ability to beat either the wall or the first man from free kicks or corners. Apart from the ability to run up an...

We will never know but to me it feels like every paid signing that we've made has had the potential ROI factored in, rather than just what they could necessarily give the team from the off. And that surprises you when the owners have expertise in finance and making money and zero knowledge of runni...

Re: Did we change too much or too little?
We changed the wrong areas. Needed 2 full backs, a centre back, a central midfielder and centre forward as priority positions to strengthen. Strong spine of the team. We spent heavily on a new keeper, and a plethora of untried wingers in the hope that one of them would become our first 100m player. ...

Thought he was outstanding at Bournemouth. You also thought he had a good game v Spurs, when in reality he booked Cullen early on for a nothing foul then allowed Spurs players to commit 3 or 4 that were equally as bad, if not worse that all went unpunished. He also allowed Spurs players to repeated...

As much as Dyche worked wonders for us, he undoubtedly left an ageing squad with a number of players out of contract… and very little in the way of young talent ready to step in to a Championship squad.
