Terrific player, its pretty obvious that his injury is the valid reason for his performances, i just hope he stays a claret and proves his doubters once he gets back to full fitness, i still think that Southgate will have him in his long term plans and he can push for a place in the national team.

No real surprise there CT, none of our English players are not playing well enough to turn Southgates head, Corky and Tarks are badly out of form, at least they wont pick up injuries on international duty but lets hope a return to some kind of improvement this weekend from all our lads.

Forget Jay, a lot of us are letting our hearts rule our heads, Hes not worth the 20 million or more that WB are asking, and i dont think he will make much difference to our team. i know the lad would love to return home, but you have to ask yourself is he as good as he was? I myself doubt it.

Arsenal got their just desserts when Palace got their second penalty, a blatant handball by Lacazette should have resulted in a yellow card against him, but NO,as usual they got away with it, and they will continue to do so game after game, as for diving in the penalty area, please dont get me start...

If we can replicate the form we showed last season then the entertainment will return, we played some good stuff, not every game but most were good, this season we played brilliantly at St Marys but after that we lost our way and our performances havent been entertaining at all, the Bournemouth game...
