Re: We need to talk about Foster
Not giving zeki minutes is baffling???? Wow. I would’ve thought that’s the LEAST baffling thing that’s happened in the last 3 months. The leading goalscorer in Europa League last season? He’s struggled, but let’s be frank, once we conceded, we never looked like scoring again. It was worth a try.

Re: So do you drop Muric after two massive costly howlers?
I’m devastated after today, as a big Muric fan. Really feel for him. I really believe ordinary people (us) cannot make this decision. It is too hard. Muric has star dust. Like few keepers I have ever seen. But he has brain fades. I suspect he took his eye off the ball to look at the players. A Sunda...

Can this thread revert back to what it was and cease the annoying “he didn’t try” which is both nonsense and insulting? Seen half a dozen posts on it now. Even the most ardent Muric fan, which I am, cannot defend that. Muric has cost us 3 points in the last 2 games and if you’ve slagged Trafford off this season you have to also accept Muric’ failings. Seems a reasonable list. No doubts some of those values are fair, some a little high (Trafford) and some a little low (Odobert). If we don’t get a bidder, we don’t sell. The problem comes is if there is a clause like Leeds had which lets loads go out on loan. That’s my bigger worry. I can’t see us s...

Two things clear as day:
1. Muric, and I am a huge fan, cost us the game with a clanger worthy of non league.
2. Any poster on here is allowed to rate that however they like without ridicule. Losing points due to the avoidable, crucial and defining nature of it, seems sensible.

Interesting debate about Kompany and Dyche above, but it is harsh to call Everton a terrible team. They are TOP on expected goals scored from set pieces, near bottom on expected goals conceded.
