Our issue in stopping going to away games is not being able to see. We have made requests for front or close to front seats due to inability to stand for any long time. We have asked for the club to sort out tickets ie the first 5 rows allocated to those who cant stand or wish to remain seating for...

Correct they do have to have numbers, but the numbers get the tickets but the tickets are given to people who just book a seat if the person who's number doesn't need it. I think you mean if the person with enough points who has ordered their ticket through the supporters club they regularly travel...
