Re: Today’s games
I think it's more city being poor than anything Everton are doing City have had this problem for years. Every so often they throw in a game where they insist on walking the ball into the net. 67% possession and no shots on target is truly awful, yet they never seem to learn the lesson from these bl...

The same problem will surface, mainly consistency. I can imagine teams at the bottom having players sin binned, whilst players from the top 6 get away with it. Just yet another reason to stick it to us. There are already rules in place to deal with dissent, all it takes is referees to implement them...

Re: Did we change too much or too little?
Last seasons team needed a couple of quality signings to shore up midfield and in front of the defence. The players we bought are good, just not what we needed. There's no evidence we didn't try to fill those rolls, but if we did we failed. People pointing the finger at Beyer and the defence, who ar...

The prices have been kept low for a good many years now, and we are still one of the lowest in the league. Can you ever remember a Burnley side as poor with a throw in, nobody wants it, we take 20 seconds and throw it straight to the opposition, it’s bizarre Nobody shows for the ball, that's what happens with a team lacking confidence. It is obvious to me we have talented players, it's also obvious there is a lack of experience at this level.
They will improve in time, too late to save this season, but most of all we need a leader, even more so because of the inexperience.

Delighted with a point in the end, and the new boys showed a lot of promise, but that performance, against a rank Fulham side, was just awful.
Miles away from where we need to be, and that lack of leadership in key moments, and key areas of the pitch will haunt us all season.

Loans are probably our best bet.
We've already spent a load in summer.
It was difficult to attract players when most thought we'd stay up, it has to be even harder now.
We have a short term problem, that requires a short term fix.
