Poor that he's been I'd leave Wood in the team for now and pick Vydra to play alongside him. It makes the classic big guy/small quick guy partnership and to me is worth a punt because Barnes and Wood just aren't pulling up any trees right now and I can't see Vydra and Barnes being a success.

We've to get to about? 37 points by May and even for SD that's going to be almost miracle proportions from where we are now. Yes, we're playing pretty well, especially defensively, but the front 2 look extremely flat and that's an issue in itself because we really don't get many goals from elsewhere...

I honestly agree with those who feel Wood offers the square root of bugger all if he's not sticking the ball in the net. His first touch, control and link up play are reminiscent of The Prairie circa 1987!

We sure are playing more than ok, but set pieces will always be our best threat and therefore the delivery has definitely got to improve second half. Both Brady and Westwood have been guilty and we have to make those opportunities count.
