The bombs dropped in Altham was my dads uncles home. My dad and his brothers and sister were stopping there as my grandma and grandad were working at GEC then the air raid sounded and luckily Grandma picked the kids up and went home. Woke up the next day with uncle Tehran’s house blown to pieces.

Played from the age of 9 until I was 51. Played in every position on the pitch as I am two footed. Even played in nets once when the keeper got sent off. Played Saturday and Sunday and got booked twice and sent off 3 times. I do miss playing you can’t beat wining a 50/50 against someone and leaving ...

Drinking in the early mid 80’s in any town in the country was pretty much the same. Top Claret, did you ever play football, were you a defender or midfielder or striker. Re: so who called Robbie Savage on 606 ?
I for one agree with Robbie Savage finishing 17th and above is a massive achievement for Burnley. We have to be realistic in our situation and try and build each season. We can't go out and buy the David Silva's, Kevin DeBruyne's of this world so we have to work with what we have and try and improve...

Pope is the better of the three in my opinion his command of the box and the pressure he releases when taking crosses helps our defense. Of the other two Heaton is far superior than Hart.
