The PM’s salary is “only” about £170k. A CFO at a decent sized firm will be on double that.

To put it into a bit of context, an MP’s salary is equivalent to that of a mid-ranged senior manager at a big 4 accounting firm.

He’s a good manager for short periods. He tends to go into a club who are at a low ebb, turn them round, win a trophy and then it goes stale very quickly after that.

It’s a great idea being used terribly.

Not sure there’s any conspiracy for the big clubs getting the decisions though. I remember us getting one of the wildest VAR decisions I’ve ever seen a few years ago against Bournemouth.

I’m glad we’ve moved on from Dyche’s transfer mindset of only signing English/Irish lads who look like they’re forklift certified, but I think we’ve gone completely the other way too much and now only sign 22 year old show ponies

Burnley are never going to be attractive to watch at this level. We certainly weren’t under Dyche and we aren’t now.

The Championship is our level and it’s a shame we got promoted last last season as the whole club was utterly unprepared for the PL
