Re: No sign of Culvert work being completed
Before I moved to the US I thought it was just in the UK that we were slow when it came to construction projects like road work. But here in Michigan, it's even worse. There's a saying here. there's two seasons in Michigan, Winter and Construction. I don't know what it is about road work or any engi...

It's not common for a player to have a run in with Dyche and come out good. He was doing well for a bit and I thought he was old that got away but has lost his way quickly.

B3, C3 or G3?
Richer can be good but they can also give bad advice sometimes. Depends who you get and where you go.
With the cheaper models Hisense and TCL rule the market. Typically offer a lot more for your money.

Re: Advice required: New TV & sound
What’s the issue with these channels please? They use a lot of stationary elements and tickers that can cause certain pixels to degrade faster than others. This risk is increased by heat which in turn is also made worse by running a higher OLED backsight level. I wouldn't buy an OLED if I used news...

You may be okay watching news channels/SSN now on an OLED, provided you keep the OLED backlight low when doing so.

I like a lot about America, love a lot about Americans as you say friendly and welcoming and the 'can do' attitude. For me the corporate/busness culture leaves a lot to be desired, as does a lot of the politics and I think it's fair to say that the role professional sport plays over there is very d...

I've also pointed out it's offensive a few times. Plus I've reported posts. Can we stop with the discrimination against Americans? It's possible to be critical without being offensive. Listening to Beglin's co-commentary just highlighted everything that was wrong with Jota's dive. 'Because the ball went a bit further than intended, he then used the opportunity to hit the ground'. There was a visible gap when you could see he was making his mind up. The stupid thing is, he could ha...

I think we should do the noble thing and set up a gofundme for Duran. If I set one up who would be interested in donating? He clearly was badly hurt and that kind of injury will probably ruin his career. As fans, it's the least we can do after the assault by Ramsey. On the plus side, he clearly has ...

In this game you can see why a lot of people are put off football. Awful cheating. Inconsistent refereeing. I can't understand how it's allowed in the game.

Ramsay didn't really do a whole lot wrong. Duran Duran just put himself in the way to get a touch. It was ridiculous. He wasn't going anywhere and the ref gave it on his rolling around.

No consistency at all. I have no qualms about yellow cards for pulling shirts but they've been tugging fosters shirt numerous times and they never got penalised. It regularly happens in every game and it's never punished. Berge gets a second yellow almost like the ref is waiting to send him off.. th...

They were given a free kick in the same way in the first half where their player fell and grabbed the ball. Where's the consistency? Not really been too impressed with the ref. She seems to be guessing.

Some of our players aren't as young as you'd guess. Benson is 26 now and Cullen is 27. Berge and Bruun Larsen are 25. Tresor is 24 but if he's been kept out of the team by younger players then you can't really say the issue is age. I'd say it's more lack of leadership on the pitch and a lack of comm...

Bit of an over reaction. If not for the point reduction Everton would be on par with Brighton in the table. Anyone expecting a result against them is expecting too much.
We need to beat the sides who will be near us at the end of the season. If we can do that we'll stay up.
