How can Sutton, or anyone else, get so vitriolic by this appointment. Re: ARTICLE: Clarets linked with Nigerian winger and Bristolian full back

Reading the one team in Bristol message board, it seems unanimous in the fans’ eyes that Bryan is a better left midfielder than left back. There’s also a strong feeling that he has a poor second half of the season and generally they don’t seem too sad to see him go.

I see Bryan is with same agency as Wood, Barnes and Lennon among others (including previously reported target Matt Phillips), so perhaps and agency Burnley are comfortable dealing with.

Burnley fans might find it inconceivable but it could just be that Ben fancies a change of scene, rather like Arfield, his best mate. Re: What are your favourite Dean Marney & Scott Arfield moments?

Scotty's late goal at Ipswich in Dyche's first promotion year was a good moment, buried a hoodoo with that one. I'd also go with his late goal at home to Everton, I missed our win over them under Coyle, so it was the last notable team I'd never seen us beat in the flesh until Scotty's intervention. ...

I'd imagine Chris Hughton would be a popular choice of manager at Spurs if Pochettino did go. Well-loved ex-player, possibly only a season behind our Sean Dyche in terms of his achievements - two promotions from the Championship and stayed up with a game or two to spare. If Poch had any genuine feel...

The assumption that a lot of people have been making is that the 3rd choice keeper doesn't play anyway, therefore Hart's experience from the sidelines comes into play. Love these two players. I didn’t like Marney much in his first couple of seasons to be honest, I thought he over complicated things and played a lot of over-ambitious passes which weren’t in his skill set.
