Fener have signed Soyuncu on loan.
Replacement for Ossterwolde? (Not saying he’s coming here, like)
their squad, it’s a collection of players you find yourself saying “whatever happened to x”? Have a look, they’re all at Fenerbahce.

2 teams I can’t stand. KC are in it every year (kinda like Man City) and every damn Californian that moves out here because you can buy a big house for the price of a San Francisco dog kennel bleats on and on about the 49ers all year. Can’t you just sneak in Vegas? Do the old “slip the turnstile ope...

Yet you keep replying, don’t let it get to you
I find it hilarious that you are so obsessed!
It’s like a borderline psychosis.
Not a good look but if that’s the picture you want to paint of yourself keep at it and I’ll keep highlighting it

And yet our manager decided to give both Benson and Zaroury extended and improved contracts this year
Totally baffling
There are other things you can write in new contracts in our favor as well you know. Release clauses, for one

there’s not been a single team in Europe linked to sign him on loan this Jan
Because the decision to let him go on loan was a) to get a loan fee and b) pay his wages and c) insert a high buy option and d) get more used to English football, not sauntering around in the Turkish league.

I got it in 4 but struggled a bit. I don’t like on the first go when you get one in exactly the right place but nothing else. I find when that happens I’ll draw another blank on the second one.

The food is very hit and miss there to say the least. Best food we are was always the local stuff. We kept being given this soy and vinegar relish which was bloody delicious. Served a few times with rice, adobo and freshly caught tuna. Maybe mkmel might know the name of that relish/sauce so I can f...

Pineapples grow like weeds here…freshly cut pineapple is definitely thirst quenching on a v.hot day. Many Thai people like it dipped in a mix of chili powder and sugar.
That’s what the Chamoy I referenced above is somewhat like. Put it on any fruit and it’s yum

I work in Germany. The accent I use when speaking English to my German colleagues has to be very different to the one I use when speaking to the Manchester office, as they simply don't understand my broad Lancashire accent. It's about finding the best way to communicate with someone who doesn't spe...

I like pineapple but if I have too much it can give me a sort of indigestion. Over here in the Philippines they eat pineapple and put salt on it. Mind you they add salt and far too much of it to everything. MK! In Mexico they put Chamoy (salty red sauce) on their fruit. Literally a $1 a bottle. Lif...

Came on as a HT sub tonight for Bayern. Gave a post-match interview, in English, but gone full Joey Barton. Only there a week and he had a distinct German lilt on him. Honestly this kind of comment pisses me off. Ive been over here 30 years, if I call my sister in 10 minutes my Burnley comes back, ...

Their true colours? In what respect? When people make vague statements like that Nori, they’re never wrong. They can always fall back on “welp, they haven’t shown their true colors yet”. It’s a not very clever way of inventing these “true colors “ even though they may not exist, because you can alw...

It is but on the other hand it’s a kind of understanding that at different levels of the game there is still something worth watching.
Excitement for example. As has been said in the past football is a very simple game.
This.
No passing it around the back for 25 minutes

Goals arent really the big issue. Throwing away points is. West ham, Villa, Luton to name a few. We’ve had multiple games where we started brightly, created a really good chance, literally a 1 on 1, didn’t put it in, and then lost. Just like Johann against Luton. Straight at the keeper. If we had a...

Mean it in multiple ways really, under no illusion that the fees in the PL are nuts BUT - The £££ at the top end of the PL table/throughout the PL has always been astronomical compared with the spends in the Champ/Division One - I mean heck, Newcastle paid The Horse Fiddlers €21 mill for Shearer ba...

I can't get my head around offloading Manuel Benson - He cost relative peanuts and is an absolute fan favourite (especially amongst the younger crowd) -personally, I'd keep him as a rotation winger for the rest of his contract because I don't think you're gonna get better for the price.. Just seems...

I hope we don’t come out of any deal looking like mugs. We were already HIGHLY embarrassed during the Tella fiasco.
I think we came out of it as a club that won’t be ****** over?
But you can keep trying to position your shite in whichever way you see fit

Great cross just then from Cornet, who was a good player for us.
Watched the Afcon yesterday and Nkoudou put in about 5 brilliant crosses, like Trippier in his prime. I remember when he was here his only crosses were along the ground pullbacks.

So let me get this right - The first signing of this new revolutionary 'model' is gonna go for a loss? I thought every single player we were gonna sign was magically gonna get flipped for profit?! I noticed JJ Watt got embarrassed by plenty of fans for his comments around the Bills game having to be re-arranged.
He has 5.6m followers.
What’s “plenty” to you out of 5.6m?
The 30 or so I saw?
