Having popped both achilles tendons while playing, I can safely say that this bit isn't necessarily true. It may be if you break a bone in which case it probably hurts to move but when you badly sprain an ankle or ping a tendon it's another matter. Rolling over and over though is completely unnatur...

It would help if you could actually choose where you sit for an away game when you buy a ticket. Seating should be at the front, those who want to stand at the back.

I don't like sitting at the front, particularly Craven Cottage. Standers should definitely be back rows only!
