Much prefer Gyokeres from Coventry. Watched him yesterday against Wonderland and he looked sharp and scored.
McNally looked sound defensively but his distribution was a little off.

2nd Nov 63: Stoke 4 Burnley 4 Gordon Harris scored 2 late goals to earn us a draw.. You don't see many 4-4 draws and for us to come back from 3-0 at half time was some achievement. I think that Grezza was the best I've seen, and I saw Noble score lots. I genuinely feel that Grezza didn't know where he was going to put it when he stepped up, so the keeper had no chance of 2nd guessing him. Barnes penalty at Anfield to win the match was possibly one of the most coolest penalties...

Muric made a "horlicks" out of that clearance but some of his passing was wayward as well. Let's put it down to illness and move on. Zaroury was doubled up on every time he got the ball. It's Preston at home and they aren't exactly having a good season. We're flying high and expected to beat them comfortably. Twine is being played out of position IMHO. He's not an inside forward and needs to drop a little deeper to receive the ball in midfield. Tella needs to stay wider right to stretch their defence as we're too narrow thus giving them an easier time. I like the look of Churlinov who seems to be growing...

As one of the older fans on this site who remembers that wonderful team of the 70s I'd say that this team is just as good on the eye.
