No need to almost completely dismantle the team that took us up in the first place. And I'm glad you said hopefully, because as quite a few are saying we'll come straight back, I don't see it, a lot of water under the bridge since last season. I think we’ve all been through this a thousand times al...

It’s an absolute disgrace that some so called Burnley fans have been calling for VK to leave all season long, their mind was made up after 3 games in this league so they’re stuck to that. Imagine that, 100+ points and a league title only gives you credit in the bank for 3 league games before being s...

Thought Trafford was excellent today, kept us in the game. The second goal is a weird one because the pass was inch perfect if he comes, he doesn’t get there. Awful half of football, absolutely no idea what we’re trying to do? Zero press, zero patterns of play, just nothing at all.
Relegate us already, get it over with because this is just painful. Kompany deserves to give it another shot next season but this season has been shocking really.

There’s quite a few £ in those loan players for us, should fetch north of £20m if you take out Anass and Mellon. Obafemi £5m Twine £4m Roberts £3m Weghorst £2m (anything to recoup something) Churlinov £4m McNally £6m I put Obafemi £5m because that’s what we got for Wells, could be slightly more or l...

I wouldn't sleep on CJ Egan-Riley; Just 21 and playing on loan at a big club competing for a title and sat at the top of the Eredivisie - could easily kick on. Agree with you, I haven’t seen him play much but everything suggests he’s got a pretty high ceiling. PSV (the best side in Holland atm) pus...

The problem with getting experienced players is they’ll be poor ones, ones not wanted at other PL clubs. You also hit a ceiling with them. Very limiting. A bizarre and pretty crap situation imo. Shame and hope he comes back but his form after the World Cup was iffy at best, apart from his 2 FA Cup goals at B’mouth. If this loan gets him back to the form of pre-World Cup I’d be delighted. The biggest myth ever that keeps getting repeated on here, he was friggin brilliant the entire season.

I do get the disconnect, we’ve been forced into signing 30+ new players since VK walked through the door 18 months ago. Hopefully we can now start to see a bit of a consistent settled team for years to come. Playing in a different league in every VK season doesn’t help the stability really.
