Re: Crouch is a good signing

He scored a great goal at Stockport one night (on debut?), but managed to miss a last minute sitter from 6 inches at Lincoln once when we lost 1-0!!!! And it still makes me angry!! (Got to let it go.......) That was the FA Cup replay at Edgeley Park after Brendan O`Connell had equalised. A great go...

Re: Crouch is a good signing

We`ve gone from signing the Championship`s top scorers to signing the Championship`s tallest (and probably) oldest striker. Great stuff!

Re: Wotfor versus Mighty Clarets

Didn’t need a sub ,again why would he change when we were dominating In my opinion, it is precisely in those kinds of situations when many, if not most managers, would change something `up top`, especially with a misfiring striker (Barnes). Are we saying that strikers on the bench are there merely ...

REALLY concerned in the first 10 minutes as we seemed to have reverted to this season`s type again...lethargic and without any seeming game plan but then something clicked and I thought we were excellent for the remainder of the half - didn`t play the better football but controlled it. He was always likely to get `hit` just with the move/angle he used to do the turn. It was aggressive but Gudmundsson almost turned back into him which made it worse.

Given that it looks like Gudmundsson has a slight knock. Will Dyche push defour to RM until either Gudmundsson or Brady are playing again.
