Its a strange one with Tella. I thought he was brilliant for us but i also don't think he's worth the money they want. (it appears the club agree) He was unplayable in some games but also very poor in others. However, when he was injured at Reading i thought we missed him while he recovered.

I played cricket with Jonathan Batty whilst at Oxford University. I think he went on to captain Surrey. I was also 12th man in The University Match at Lords which ended in a draw. Not sure that counts but my parents were still proud.

Born in Weybridge, moved to Oxford for University then went to work in New York for 2 years. Moved back to Esher and married a girl from Walton on Thames. Moved up North in 2004 due to her work commitments and settled here since. My brother who also posts on this forum now lives in Ascot.

You guys need to check out the case of R v Bree. This case changed all the rules on consent and incapacity. In a a nutshell a complainant does not consent if they are incapacitated through drink anymore.
