Re: I feel something really special is developing…

If all the rhetoric from the media this week about how poor we are doesn't galvanise the players and fans, then nothing will.

It will make it all the sweeter when we show them what we are about.

Re: when do questions start to be asked

There are zero easy games in this league, zero. Comments like "They were there for the taking" completely baffle me. What I would say is that we look a lot more solid with a proper number 8 behind a main striker. I think Amdouni will make way once Foster is back. We controlled large parts of the gam...

What worries me is that we have far too many wingers, and not enough strikers. But I guess we knew that already. Genuinely forgot we had Redmond last night, and one of our best players from last season Zaroury is just twiddling his thumbs. But a suspension to foster and we have zero premier league q...

In the grand scheme of things I think we need to back ourselves against Luton.
In terms of if we can't finish above them then we probably deserve to go down, so maybe them winning today would be a good thing for us?

Tbh you need to factor in historical results as well. City always smash us, Villa seem to play well at the turf....Spurs less so.

I think we have a chance today, the crowd need to be "at it" a bit more tbh as the home atmosphere has been dreadful so far.

Not bothered about Maatsen rejecting us in the slightest, it's his career at the end of the day.

However if he's been stringing us along all summer only to reject us at the last minute, then it shows a bit of naivity from the recruitment department, to not have backups ready to go.

Apparently we have options A,B,C,D etc for every position. Why not for a left back?

Find this situation increasingly odd. We are potentially going into a premier season with only 1 fit recognised left back that doesn't fit into our system anyway

We do seem a bit lopsided in terms of types of player. We have a lot of wingers / ball runners, but not many finishers or hard graft physicality types. In this league we need full backs with pace, at the moment we have Roberts and that's it. We currently have ZERO left backs who can play VK's system...
