Re: Muric - Surely has to start on Sunday ?
Going off yesterday's presser VK isn't going to drop the young players going through the bad patches as he thinks it will teach them hard lessons and help them in the future. The BXP article specifically mentioned Trafford, Amdouni and Odobert. I understand his point, but you also have to make it cl...

Re: Simple vote for Kompany to stay or go…no debate
The people who say our fans have no patience should read this thread.
The consensus is to keep VK.
I know I wouldn't bother if he went personally, but people have bought into the project and are showing remarkable patience and empathy. Hoping that the bigger picture is a positive one.

Re: Season tickets next season
Admit it, most of us are going to renew, even if we get hammered 5-0 every game for the remaining 12. No matter how frustrating we take the highs as well as the lows. That's football. Don't get me wrong, we might not be massively enthusiastic at times, but ultimately we will be there for the club no...

Re: Which is more important for you on Sunday?
Weird that anyone would find the team selection more important than the performance or result. Surely the important thing is fielding a team that will compete and get results. If we started with Muric and Benson for example and then put in our worst performance of the season and got our heaviest de...

Team sheet.
He has to be prepared to change what isn't and hasn't worked all season. If he still shows no willingness to adapt then what little faith in him I have left will disappear.

Let's be honest, I will be amazed if the team for Sunday isn't exactly the same, apart from Cullen for Brownhill, the forced change, as long as there have been no fresh injuries.

Re: Simple vote for Kompany to stay or go…no debate
Claretspice absolutely nails it. 💯 Stick with him but he has to start learning and rotating players that aren't delivering. Absolutely, but how many times have we already said that this season? Look how many times he tried everyone but Charlie Taylor at Left Back? He hasn't seemed to learn from any...

My main concern is that they aren't fighting for him.
They must realise the pressure he is under, but the majority are not showing any signs of wanting to save him.

Re: Trafford Contract
I was told months ago that VK had money tied up in the Trafford deal … City have a buy back clause of triple what they paid for him, meaning VK would make a profit of 300% on the deal .. That’s why he doesn’t get dropped and keeps defending him ! Of course people will try to say I’m wrong & he can’...

I could get behind him if we were losing but there were positive signs, but incredibly despite how awful we have been this season, we have actually managed to get even worse. He won't change the glaringly obvious problem and just can't adapt. I can't see the benefits of keeping him. The players have...

Thanks for last season VK, but the incredible way we have actually gotten worse and your refusal to adapt and change has turned us upside down.

Really hoped he would change things up today, especially after last week, but it's so predictable. Love JBG, but he just sin't effective wide anymore, not through any fault of his own. Amdouni starting, after being hooked at HT last week and given his recent displays is bonkers. Poor Trafford still ...

Re: Palace away - quietly optimistic...
Muric why? What difference will he make? He may turn out not to be any better, but I would suggest Muric plays more the sweeper role and would be better at taking the pressure of the back four in that role and better ability to pass a ball. At this point it wouldn't do Trafford any harm to take him...

It doesn't matter who you have in the starting line up if it's your day, it's your day. Remember going to Leeds when we had terrible injuries and playing loads of fullbacks in midfield? We won 2-1. Maybe the odd anomaly in results, but on the whole, the starting line up matters immensely. I just ho...
