How does this sit with him being one of our laziest players? He is one of the highest tackling players in the Premier League this season... (Maybe that is the problem, he is spending far too much time deep?)

So many people complaining about the age and ability of our squad, whilst simultaneously shouting for one of our youngest and brightest talents to be sold and shipped out. Bonkers.

Re: Our Game Plan.
It is odd that when we bring players up top like Vydra, Cornet or even Lennon, we still persist going long, those players are not going to win the aerial battles against the CB of almost any Prem team, but we never seem to adapt it to suit the personnel on the field.

Re: Mr. Tarkowski
Tarks is our best defender, without a doubt. He made a mistake yesterday, but he is normally so consistently good defensively (his passing aside). I would prefer he stayed with us, but it's looking increasingly unlikely. He has done a superb job for us over the years and will leave some big boots to...

Re: Leeds v Burnley - Player Ratings
Hennessy- 6 - Those kicks are superb, but it was worrying how much we quickly started to rely on them. Should have done better with the first goal after his initial save he was too slow to react. Lowton- 6 - Did his job today, although caught too far up the pitch on a couple of counter attacks. Tark...

Re: Is there any way this team stays up?
The Boxing Day drubbing by Everton is the one I remember, a turning point that season, we were superb in the New Year. That said, it just doesn't feel like that is coming this time. I hope he tries to change things up to freshen things up and to stop being so damned loyal to the players who just are...

Re: Tactics / strategy
The thing that I am confused with is Wood's replacement, despite us going long to chase the game. He won a decent number of headers all game but Lennon didn't get on any flick ons. Cornet got on the end of a few 2nd half and we looked for dangerous for it, but Wood was then hooked. I thought simila...

Re: Nail your colours to the mast
Dyche to see out the season. It's almost inevitable we are going down as it stands, so it's time to change things up when it's needed, rather than keep trying the same thing that isn't working over and over and over. Tinker with the formation, give players a run out who haven't really had much of a ...

Whilst we are at it, what are those short corners about? tried it twice in the last two gams and both times been a tragic failure. Our biggest strength is our dead ball situations and we start trying crap like that with Mcneil and Westwood!

Ironically Cork was better than Westwood today. Westwood hasn't been good for a while now, his short passing is dreadful and he isn't breaking up play like he once did.

I always have sympathy with our strikers with the sheer lack of creativity in our side. They are left to feed on scraps or create their own chances. Midfield is the biggest problem. Give Chris Wood the service and yes he will miss a few but i've no doubt he will score goals. He's proven it season o...

He really is struggling at the moment and offering so little to us as a team in almost any capacity. He was hit and miss, he did look far more composed on the ball that Westy or Cork did all game, but what we have seen of him previously still leaves very large doubts about him.

I don't buy the Dwight's lazy card as he showed when chasing back as the last man later in the game and wonder if he's not as fit as he should be. He did very well with that indeed. Also, I don't believe he is lazy either, I genuinely believe it's just his demeanour, he is slouchy and looks letharg...

Absolutely agree, it was a good point, but apart from that last 5 minutes and like many games this season it rarely feels like we have given it a go to win the game.
Our defence and keeper are back to their best, but we are looking toothless, especially without Cornet.
