Re: Your favourite time watching Burnley not at the game

Mine has to be listening to Radio 2 in Raf Aldergrove when we played Spurs in the League Cup in 1983. I was 6 months in to a 2 year tour so didnt get to many matches. We weren't the main game, so coverage only started when that game had finished. I nearly fell off my bunk when first they said Burnle...

Two simple solutions to the problem. 1. The government make it law and fine anyone not wearing a mask and fine stores and companies not enforcing it to customers. 2. Anyone who thinks wearing a mask is pointless or doesn't want to wear one, stay at home. Obviously people who medically or have a leg...

We were media darlings for a short while. One must remember the media don't strive for accuracy, truth, or fairness. The beauty of sport isn't enough for them. They want drama, controversy, a backstory.
As for Sheff Utd, I think they have been brilliant this season.

The lad is absolute quality. An all round player who gives everything. He must have felt pressure moving back to his home town club. He has delivered when he's had the opportunity, and must now be considered number one striker at the club. We're a better team when he plays.
