There should be severe retrospective punishments for cheating as well as on field during the game if VAR looks back ( that said who trusts the VAR officials) and that could be a sin bin.

I think he was ill, you have to be very careful to not bring a virus etc into such a close working space, very responsible of him. TBH when he's been interviewed he seems like a decent, solid bloke not prone to sulking.

In relative terms we are cheap , that said it has to realistically priced for the average wage of the fan base. Some of the prices are frightening and I should imagine picking games or just not going on will become more common.

I tend to go through stages, currently my favourite is flavoured roast chicken with lots of pepper and salt, quality mayonnaise, crisp lettuce, tomato and red peppers on ciabatta bread,heavily buttered. Just prior to eating sprinkled with ready salted crisps for crunch.
