Overnight rain has frozen leaving untreated surfaces very slippery in the Padiham and Burnley areas.
Side roads are particularly bad.

Check the location of the mill and reservoir compared to the railway line.

For a 7 screen cinema, Nando’s and Icaro Lounge, along with those parking there to go into town itself, 120 spaces doesn’t seem anywhere near enough The whole area around the cinema was gridlocked after the Palace game, it took, 35 minutes to get from the multi storey car park to the viaduct.
