Re: 4-2-3-1

Until we get Mee fit and hopefully a new CH ( presuming Tarks is going) , why not go with 2 holding midfielders to assist Long and Dunne ? Put Brownhill on the right with Bardsley and Pieters on the left with Taylor , this would allow McNeil to have a free role ( as at Palace) to play behind Woody ...

Reality check needed guys. We owe our continued spell in the Premier League to Dyche and our ability to resolutely defend. When we are missing arguably one of the best centre half pairings in the division we will struggle. This pairing give confidence to the rest of the team. We don’t have the flai...

Re: ARTICLE: We are in good shape despite the obvious injuries

In terms of results in the Prem this season a somewhat strange pattern is emerging thus far. With the conclusion of the Palace/Everton game this afternoon, that's 20 games played so far and yet to feature a drawn game. I make it 7 home wins and remarkably 13 away wins, 60 cumulative points from the...

Tarks would be a great fit for Man Utd they really do need a good CB.Plus they can afford it. Not that I want him to leave. He's 27 and will want to maximise his income through the prime if his career. He can probably get double what we could offer in a 4 or 5 year deal and no relegation clause. That's about £10 to £12m.

He's off. If we don't pick up points in the meantime, it's because we have not replaced Gibson.

Players will always come and go, and this is the fact of Burnley FC, its happened for years now.
