Ask any Newcastle fan and it's the job he's done with the players who were already there that has been key. From a team almost certainly going down when he arrived last season to Champions League football next, speaks for itself.

Howe and Dyche are proving themselves to be very good Premier League managers. Howe is some way ahead in terms of what he has learned, his style of play and plaudits.
